My package was mailed back. What do I do?Packages that are returned to us will be resent to customers at their expense unless the fault is on us. If the package is sent back due to our error, we will resend at no extra cost.

What if my package arrives damaged?While we take utmost care in packaging your orders, once they are handed over to the postal/delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. As a recourse, you can file a claim with USPS for priority mail shipments up to $50 at no extra charge by providing your tracking number.
